In order to purchase our products, we ask our customers to provide us contact information (name, address and phone number and e-mail address). We do not distribute e-mail addresses or phone numbers outside of DM Marketing USA.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share our customer information with third parties, except for when required by law. Though we make every effort to protect customer privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law in good-faith that such action is necessary to comply with judicial proceedings, a court order or a legal process.
Credit card information
Please do not send us e-mails with credit card information. Credit card numbers must be entered only at the time of purchase through the secure payment gateway.
Security
We take every precaution to protect our customers’ information both online and offline. We restrict all of our customers’ information to our office, and only employees who need the information to perform a specific tasks are given access to the minimum necessary customer information to successfully perform that task.
Discretion
All external packaging and wrapping of items purchased will be discrete in appearance and will not feature text or graphics indicative of the nature of the items enclosed. In the shipping and tracking information, our name will appear as DM Marketing USA. Our name will appear in your credit card statement too as DM Marketing USA.
Contacting us about your purchase
The preferred method of contacting us about an item purchased is the customer’s e-mail address provided at the time of the purchase. We do not discuss specific purchases over calls received as we cannot verify the identity of the person calling. However, we may initiate calls to the telephone number given at the time of purchase, once the customer had initiated communication via e-mail and given us permission to contact him/her by phone. Your privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance to us.
